FIRST Direct Arena Leeds - 1 mile away (improved)

Now, there is a professional gentle touch to services provided, thanks to some carring lady. :) P.S.: some photos shows one bed, some - two. Both scenarios can be realised if necessary. UPDATE: scanning, copying, printing services, also a massage gun and even a simple massage chair for your tired body are available now. The space It's a nice and compact studio flat in the cellar with the private shower, kitchen, WC and complete independence from anyone else in the house. The house actually is in a walking distance (25 min.) from the Leeds FIRST direct arena - close enough to get back home easily at any time after event in the arena. Also, Leeds city centre is close enough, so the same thing. Public payable washer/dryer service is 20 m away just in case. Washing machine is in the house, just not a clothes dryer. It's just a nice room in the shared house to stay. Only nice people inside - that's our expectations about the guests please. NO smoking in the room (outside please). No drugs, orgies or anti-social behaviour there please. Pets are welcome. Also there's an opportunity to try a breath-taking virtual reality world here and spend time with some jigsaw puzzles if you wish. Also some table games for kids are available, including PS Vita consoles with some games. Tekken is my favourite 😍 During your stay I'm available anytime at the moment and I'll be happy to sort it out for you everything what's related with your stay. Also some EXTRAS are here: If you wish you can get directions for amazing holidays in Lithuania near the amazingly clear lake or near the Baltic sea. Also my friend organise trips to Kilimanjaro mountain (Africa, Tanzania). I have contacts in the United States, Israel, Cyprus, if you'd like to know something more about visit these countries and stay there. Just ask if you wish 😀 Other things to note ...There's an opportunity to try a Virtual Reality equipment during the stay (x2 Meta Quest 3), even two players can play together, so that's a competition. That's an amazing and just breathtaking experience. You can met dinosaurs, fly over the top of trees, walk on the Mars or in the space around the ISS or inside it. You can see the Earth from the space (not rotating unfortunately, so Italy always below your feets), also ride in crazy rollercoaster chased by dinosaurs and shooting the targets (hit the dinosaur is always the bad idea!). Also you can dance [together] on the breathtaking stage by the music you like and with the lightsabers in both hands fight the obstacles flying right on you. Or just literally to have an opportunity to get in the exact same famous position Neo gets in the Matrix with the bullets slowly flying around... But as it's quite expensive stuff, it may be available with the owner's supervision only. To have an opportunity to replace this equipment when it gona be broken, I probably will have to take some extra payment for this service (just MQ3). Also, there's plenty of jigsaw puzzles if you'd like to spend your time here in this way, or PS Vita console. ALSO there's an opportunity (not confirmed yet) to try a home made food, a pure Lithuanian kitchen. Absolutely delicious, that's confirmed by myself personally.
