Bright and sunny house with two bedrooms, modern bath and kitchen, lovely garden and summerhouse. Great location, right on the edge of the beautiful South Downs countryside and just 20 minutes to central Brighton and the beach. Walking distance to the Amex football stadium and universities. Fast wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen. The space The house is very comfortable with loads of natural light. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second room has a bed that can either be used as a single, or transformed into a kingsize depending on number of guests. There is a cabin in the garden which can be used as an additional living space (TV, xbox and playroom) and also an occasional bedroom with sofa bed. Guest access The kitchen has everything you need and there is a dining area, although Brighton has so many great places to eat you'll probably be out most of the time! The lounge has a big comfy sofa and the garden is also available for sitting out or having a BBQ. Other things to note Parking is free on the street outside, except on football match days. On these days you'll need to display a parking permit which we will provide.
