The Forsthaus is a cozy, forest-like place to stay. It is ideal for anyone who wants to leave everyday life behind for a while, enjoy the tranquility and love nature. The space The house with a fenced garden has space for 10 people in 5 bedrooms, including a sofa bed (140 cm) in the study. In addition, there are two children's travel cots. In addition, there is the modern bathroom and another guest toilet. The well-equipped spacious kitchen, the cozy living room and the cozy dining room invite you to spend evenings together. The study has a desk and many books. The balcony, terrace and garden offer great evenings in the Black Forest in summer. For many years, the house housed the forester from Kniebis with his family, including the forestry office. After restructuring in the forest administration, the house changed to private ownership. In 1993, our grandparents acquired this house. They were great Black Forest lovers. As the grandchildren grew, they were happy to fulfill the dream of the Black Forest house. Until 2006, the grandparents lived in the house. Since then, it has been the family's vacation home. Since everyone lives far away, it is rarely inhabited. Now other people can also look forward to the beautiful old forester's house. It is not only in picturesque scenery, but also holds picturesque surprises. In the house you will find some paintings. On the one hand by the Swabian Expressionist Gustav Georg Schopf, the father, the grandfather, the great-grandfather or the great-great-grandfather of our family, on the other hand by the Heilbronn artist Ergül Ertem (*1944). Waiting for you children are a sandbox, Indian tent, cricket game, badminton, shop, Playmobil, Lego, Fagus cars, rocking horse, board games and a blackboard. Guest access You will occupy the house alone and can use everything. Other things to note The house has always been an absolutely beloved vacation spot for us, the Heistermann family (Christine, Max, Alexander, Nikolas and Charlotte). However, since the family lives scattered between Lübeck and Vienna, the long distances prevent us from visiting regularly. That is why the house should now also be available to other people. We will take care of the final cleaning for you. Please leave the vacation home in a clean and tidy condition (swept clean) upon departure.
