Spacious free parking on the premise monitored by CCTV. We live around 5mins drive in the area so it's easy should you require any assistance :) The space Despite it is in a residential area, the house is located in the corner alley and beside it is an area with lots of trees hence the area is pretty quite and you may feel occasional breeze from the surrounding trees. There might be few kids playing around at some point in time as it is residential area however the house has a gate to provide further privacy Other things to note The house is only available for family, married couple and same gender group. Digital copy of ID will be required upon check-in. No indoor smoking is allowed hence only porch area is allowed for smoking. No pets allowed. As the house is located in a residential area, it is highly advisable not too make loud noises, partying or events to respect the neighbours. Instant Booking is not available hence for same day reservation, can only be accomodated if booked in the early morning.
