Description
A fabulous modern town house in the centre of the historic town of Knutsford with 3 secure parking spaces. Located in a quiet mews off Knutsford's famed 'King Street' the location of this property cannot be oversold. A short stroll from the 1000 acre estate of Tatton Park with stunning countryside to explore. The house is stumbling distance from the numerous restaurants and bars of Knutsford. The space The property is a 3 story neo-Georgian town house. Built sympathetically to fit with Knutsford's beautiful historic high street. The property comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults or 10 people including children. The Ground Floor: comprises of a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar & dining table for 6-8 people. The living room is a comfortabe stylish space to curl up in front of the TV (which has streaming channels built in) with a cosy gas fire for chilly evenings. There is also a play room for guests with children, which doubles as a work space with office desk for those without And a generous W/C. The 1st Floor: Consists of 2 large en-suite bedrooms (both superking) with plenty of built in storage. There is also a laundry room on this level with a washing machine and dryer. The 2nd Floor: consists of a further 2 bedrooms and large shared bathroom (with full size bath and walk-in shower). One bedroom has a king size bed and fitted storage The other, twin beds with trundles and full size single mattresses underneath - allowing it to accommodate up to 4 people (please ensure you book for 9/10 people if you require the optional trundles so that we know to lay them up. Bookings of 8 or fewer people will be laid up without the optional trundle beds). There is also a good sized private walled garden with bbq (April to October) and patio furniture for outdoor enjoyment. Guest access The whole house is available for your use, as well as the 3 parking spaces in the basement car park (a fob will be provided for the duration of your stay). Knutsford train station is 100m from the house and has services to Manchester and Chester. Other things to note Parking is in a secure basement underneath the development. Up to 3 spaces are available (please note 2 of the spaces are small and better suited to 2 small cars or 1 large car). There is a shared unloading area next to/in front of the house. Please send me your registration number so that I can ensure you are not subject to the 'flash park' restrictions. If you are visiting with young children/baby, a cot is available upon request. A high chair is available for your use and is stored in the cupboard under the stairs.
