Spacious, cozy mother-in-law apartment

Welcome to our prime location in Uptown Minneapolis! Less than a mile to the chain of lakes, eat street, downtown, and many other local attractions! Our mother-in-law basement apartment is cozy and spacious, with private access. Remodeled space provides clean, comfortable accommodations in a homey atmosphere. With six of our children still at home, it can be a bit noisy upstairs at times, but we are mindful of our guests, and will do everything we can to make your stay comfortable. The space This is a private, spacious basement apartment in an awesome location. Close to everything! We do live upstairs,so there is noise sometimes, but we do our best to be mindful of our guests. Our historic home is over 100 years old, so while the remodeled basement apartment is kept very clean, there have been reports of an occasional small friendly spider or ants. ;-) Guest access After coming through the shared back door, your space has a private entrance into the basement apartment, with no necessary interaction with our family upstairs. There is plenty of room to spread out and make yourselves at home. Other things to note There is free parking on both sides of the street in front of our home. If the street parking is full, let us know and if it’s available, you could park in a spot in our driveway. Also, we have a friendly lab mix dog, and two cats upstairs. They are all friendly & enjoy all the visitors!! Registration Details Exempt
