Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space in Seattle's North End. Our home is nestled in the Matthew's Beach neighborhood with easy access to any part of the city. Set back off the road with a winding path surrounded by ferns, flowers, and a gorgeous Redwood tree make our home relaxing before you even get inside. The property has whimsical charm to transport you to nature immediately. STR-OPLI-24-000382 The space Our home is spacious with a large yard for yard games or kids to run around. The driveway is narrow but has room for 1 large vehicle. There is plenty of street parking if you have more than one vehicle. There is an EV charger in the driveway for your use if needed. The house is fully stocked with everything you should need. If you find anything missing or need more of anything do not hesitate to reach out. This home is hidden amongst the forest. There will be plant debris and potentially bugs that share the space with you. We do our best to make sure no pests are inside but when the doors and windows are open, they try to sneak in. There are animals that make their home in the neighborhood, as well. Guest access You will have access to: the first floor containing the kitchen, dining room, living room, and rooftop deck; The second floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a media space with large TV, surround sound, books, and games, along with a washer and dryer; newly renovated flooring and doors. The first floor is completely renovated as of winter 2023. Primary suite has a new closet. Much of the house has been recently painted and the process of updating all spaces. The basement will be kept locked to store the home owners personal belongings. There might be a few other drawers and cabinets that will be inaccessible with personal belongings as well. You have access to the whole yard including the hot tub. Please shower before using the hot tub as it helps us keep chemical costs down. The hot tub uses bromine to be gentler on the skin. Both decks are available to use along with the grill and fire pit. Please make sure to turn off the gas when you are done using them. Other things to note Please use the hot tub at your discretion.
