Mountain living awaits in this newly upgraded spacious studio, 2 mins from I-70 yet nestled in the woods. Private entrance/patio offers seclusion. The space Our charming mountain home dates back to 1948, with a spacious addition constructed in 2005 to create the master suite. While we live in the original part of the house, the studio addition has a private entrance and patio area for guests. Please note that the Airbnb suite shares some walls with our family's living quarters, where Luke, Kelsey, their daughter, and two dogs reside. We've taken steps to ensure privacy and quiet for our guests. The compact kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances for your convenience. It features a microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and Keurig coffee machine. A hot plate is provided for basic cooking needs, along with various cooking accessories to make your stay more comfortable. Guest access We live on a steep, bumpy dirt road. Low clearance vehicles are not recommended. All-wheel/Four-wheel drive is required during winter weather months (October-May). Snow tires are recommended during these months. Guests will have access to the studio rental only with a dedicated private patio and private exterior entrance. There is a designated parking spot for our rental and extra parking in the driveway. Other things to note No smoking or drug use of any kind is permitted on the property. A $500 fee will be applied for smoking or drug use.
