Eat lunch on your screened-in deck watching a Blue Heron catch his on Fortune River. A five minute walk has you fishing off Fortune Harbour or taking that Red Clay Road to Back Beach. End your day around a campfire as the sun sinks into the water. Ya, you'll be back. License Number 4010474 The space Leave the world’s worries and your stress at home. All you need is your clothing, sunscreen and some groceries. We have a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, flatware, cookware, cooking oil and a few spices. We provide linens, bedding, cleaning supplies and toiletries. (see Amenities for a full list) Provided: • For Beach: Toys, Chairs, Towels, & Umbrella. • Weber propane BBQ with tools • Roku TVs + Popcorn for Movie Night • We provide 4 Keurig Coffee Pods (to get you started) until you are able to purchase your own. • Re-usable Grocery Bags • Firewood Available upon request: • On site, locked storage building • Outdoor Cooker • Clam digging gear The Cottage offers: - Kitchen with all new appliances - Dining area - Living room - Primary bedroom (1 Queen bed) - Secondary bedroom (twin over double bunkbed) - Both bedrooms have lots of closet space - Bathroom with shower (no tub) - Clothes Washer & Dryer (detergent for 4 loads). - Screened-in deck + Open deck - Very cool outdoor shower All on a one acre private lot. Although we have a NO PETS Policy, we will consider well behaved dogs on a case by case basis - just ask. Guest access You have full access to the cottage and approx. one acre yard. A locked 13 X 21 building is available for storage, if needed. Bring your Kayak or Paddleboard and launch a few feet from the Cottage to get a whole different view of Fortune River. Watch the sun rise over the water at Back Beach while on your morning run.
