Relaxed is the feeling you get when you step foot inside Jukes Retreat. From the whitewashed floorboards to the beautiful, recessed ceilings, the coastal feel is prominent. Whether it’s a short 7-minute stroll to the famous Fletcher Jones Gardens, a 10-minute walk to the Hopkins River or a 20-minute walk to Granny's Grave Beach, there is a lot to discover in and around Warrnambool and Jukes Retreat is set in the centre of it. In the home itself you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities that you’d expect, including a fan forced oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and ample bench space to prepare your meals. The kitchen leads into the dining area featuring a large dining table and which opens onto the rear deck and yard. The main bedroom is roomy and light with a queen size bed and a walk-in wardrobe that joins the main bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted out with 2 single beds and an extra trundle bed. The oversized main bathroom centres the home, with a large window acting as the backdrop to the free-standing feature bath, alongside a free-standing shower with a rain showerhead. There are two toilets in the home for your convenience. The main lounge area is furnished with comfortable couches one of which doubles as a fold out bed which can sleep an extra 2 guests if required. You will also find a large 55” flat screen TV with access to a DVD player and a small collection of DVDs to keep you occupied during your stay. Outside you’ll find a large backyard with an undercover outdoor area, perfect for a morning coffee or a quiet afternoon with a glass of wine. Full laundry facilities are available for your use and there is also an automatic single lockup garage with ample parking to the front of the property.
