Here you can recharge, slow down, forget about everyday worries, and taste our own homemade wine right from the vineyards. An ideal place to relax, escape the hustle and bustle of the city, and commune with nature. The space Welcome to our family cottage Nostalgia, hidden among picturesque vineyards where the peace of nature reigns. Just a short walk from the historical Banska Stiavnica, the thermal baths of Dudince and historical Krupina. For us, the Nostalgia cabin symbolizes peace, carefree and joy. It is where we find inner peace and draw new forces, recalling the simplicity of our ancestors being. The past is not only a nostalgic memory, but also an inspiration that we combine with present, modernity, and timelessness. The cottage reflects our inner journey to know the meaning of life, reflecting it's interior and exterior. . We cordially invite you to discover what Nostalgia means to us, and we hope you take a piece of peace too. CAPACITY The cottage is ideal for family or group of friends, suitable for 6 people, where we are happy to welcome your four-legged pets as well. Due to the location of the chalet on a slope with stairs, it is suitable for either babies or older children. FACILITY - INTERIOR The lodge's furnishings are an authentic combination of our family's antiques with the modern amenities of today. Every piece of furniture here has a story. The cottage is two-story; the ground floor consists of an entrance hallway, a kitchen with a fold-out dining table for six people, a living room with a hot air fireplace, and a bathroom with underfloor heating. There is also a historically furnished room with two single beds and a beautiful view of the vineyards. The dry toilet is located outside a short walk from the cabin. The kitchen is fully equipped for regular cooking and serving. It is equipped with all necessary appliances - dishwasher, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, moka coffee machine/frenchpress. Upstairs there is a second smaller living room with a balcony and another bedroom where there are two single beds and one double bed. The room offers storage space and a beautiful view over the vineyards. WiFi access is available throughout the cottage, towels and bed linen are provided. The cottage is non-smoking. FACILITY - EXTERIOR From the living room you can access the south terrace with a bench seating and a fire pit, connected to a large grassy area perfect for relaxation or sports activities. There is a grill and goulash pot so you can enjoy dining experiences outdoors. Fruit trees grow in the outdoor compound and there is also a hammock. There is a roofed terrace from the east side of the cottage where you can enjoy moments of well-being even during inclement weather. Before entering the chalet, near the cellar, where we store wine, you will find an authentic seating area also for a bigger group, furnished in a wine style with wooden barrels and a handmade floor made of agate logs. The cottage is connected to our vineyards, from which we make homemade wine. We are happy to give you a peek into the cellar, offer a tasting or the opportunity to buy our wine. PARKING Parking is free, with a capacity for 3-4 cars directly next to the cottage. Guest access There is an entire cottage with an outdoor area. A cellar with wine tasting is also accessible by mutual agreement.
