You can recharge your batteries, slow down, forget about everyday worries and taste our own homemade wine straight from the vineyards. The space Welcome to our family cottage Nostalgia, hidden among picturesque vineyards, where the peace of nature reigns. Just a short walk from the historic Banská Štiavnica, the thermal baths of Dudince and the historic Krupina. For us, the Nostalgia cottage symbolizes peace, serenity and joy. It is a place where we find inner peace and draw new strength, recalling the simplicity of being of our ancestors. The past is not only a nostalgic memory, but also an inspiration that we connect with the present, modernity and timelessness. The cottage reflects our inner journey to know the meaning of life, while reflecting in its interior and exterior. We cordially invite you to discover what Nostalgia means to us, and we believe that you will take a piece of peace with you. CAPACITY The cottage is ideal for families or groups of friends, suitable for 6 people, where we will be happy to welcome your four-legged pets. Due to the location of the cottage on a slope with stairs, it is suitable for either babies or older children. FURNISHINGS - INTERIOR The cottage's furnishings are an authentic combination of our family's antiques with modern amenities of today. Every piece of furniture here has its own story. The cottage is two-storey. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen with a folding dining table for six people, a living room with a hot air fireplace and a bathroom with underfloor heating. There is also a historically furnished room with two single beds and a beautiful view of the vineyards. The dry toilet is located outside a short distance from the cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped for regular cooking and serving. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances - dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, glass ceramic hob, kettle, moka coffee machine/frenchpress. Upstairs there is a second smaller living room with a balcony and another bedroom with two single beds and one double bed. The room offers storage space and a beautiful view of the vineyards. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage, towels and bed linen are provided. The cottage is non-smoking. EQUIPMENT - EXTERIOR From the living room you can reach the south terrace with bench seating and fireplace, connected to a large grassy area ideal for relaxation or sports activities. There is a grill and a goulash kettle, so you can enjoy culinary experiences outside. Fruit trees grow in the outdoor area and there is also a hammock. From the east side of the cottage there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy moments of well-being even during bad weather. Before entering the cottage, near the cellar where we store wine, you will find an authentic seating area for a larger group, furnished in a wine style with wooden barrels and a handmade floor made of acacia logs. The cottage is connected to our vineyards, from which we produce homemade wine. We will be happy to give you a glimpse into the cellar, offer a tasting or the opportunity to buy our wine. PARKING Parking is free, with a capacity for 3-4 cars right next to the cottage. Guest access You have the whole cottage with an outdoor area at your disposal. A cellar with wine tasting is also available by mutual agreement.
