Guest access - Guests have private access to the entire house, private outdoor oasis and pool as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. (Please avoid the pool equipment and shed in the corner in the back of the property) - Guests can self-check in any time after 4 p.m. with a keypad and private access code. The code will become active at your check-in time of 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Other things to note - NO PARTY or Unregistered Guest without host approval on the premises due to pool liability. - Pool heating is $95/ night. $50 additional for preheat 12 hours before check-in time. It is a ~24,000-gallon pool. - Spa heating is free. Pre-heating the spa is an additional $50. - No Lifeguard on Duty. Swim At Your Own Risk. - Guests use the Spa/ Pool at their own risk. Please carefully review the hot tub rules posted by the pool area before using it. - We DO NOT provide floats or pool noodles
