(Please avoid the pool equipment and shed in the corner in the back of the property) - Guests can self-check in any time after 4 p.m. with a keypad and private access code. The code will become active at your check-in time of 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Other things to note - No party or large gathering - No unregistered guests are allowed on the property without prior host approval - Please utilize the garage and driveway for parking. Guests are provided with two garage remotes to keep in the car. - Pool heating is available for an additional $120 for the first night and $95 per additional night. Heating begins at check-in and heats up to 90 degrees. Pool heating is not available when the outdoor temperature is below 45°F. Payment must be received 24 hours prior. Please contact the host with any questions. - Spa heating is free. Spa heating is unavailable when the weather is below freezing. - Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM per a new city short-term rental ordinance **POOL & SPA RULE ** (Please READ this carefully) - No Lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. - Adults must watch children in the pool area at all times. - No animals in the pool. - No glassware in the pool or pool deck. - No Diving. - NO LOUD MUSIC at the pool area at any time.
