Enjoy the calm and nature by staying in this beautiful 38 m2 apartment at the entrance to the hamlet of La Baume (1140 m) in Castellane. Set in an old barn, the entrance faces the communal parking lot where you can park. You will find on this level a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a wardrobe. On the lower level, very bright: equipped kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed (120 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Bed linen and towels provided. The space 🛅 The entrance to the accommodation is on the bedroom floor and leads directly to a staircase that descends into the main room. The staircase, equipped with a ramp, is relatively steep and not suitable for those with reduced mobility. 🏠 Very bright accommodation 🏞 Mountain views, no neighbors ☀️ No air conditioning, but the nights remain cool in summer (1100 m altitude) and allow the accommodation to be easily ventilated 🛄 Bed linen provided: upon arrival the beds are made so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest 🧩 Accommodation offering games and books for children and adults ⛰️ Hiking trails nearby Guest access Communal parking in front of the accommodation. The access road to the hamlet of La Baume is narrow, but has a superb panorama of the surrounding mountains and Lake Castillon. No public transport on site. Other things to note 🍯 In summer, on request, you can benefit from the products of the Cheiron farm for direct sale (vacuum-packed meat/sausages according to availability and production, honey, vegetables). 🗺 The hamlet of La Baume is located 5 km from the beach of Lake Castillon (supervised swimming and snacks in July and August) and 9 km from the city center of Castellane. Isolated, the place is conducive to rest, walking and a change of scenery, the hamlet does not have shops.
