Spacious Oceanside retreat located just steps to the beach in a gated North Bethany community. This uniquely contemporary seaside home features a desirable reverse floor plan offering an impressive great room with soaring ceilings, large kitchen and dining room, plus a second family room. These rooms effortlessly come together to create the perfect vacation space. Take in beautiful vistas of the ocean from the sun-filled deck, loft or great room. Situated on a quiet street in the wonderful gated community of Bethany Dunes with a private beach and private tennis/pickleball court. We have five large bedrooms. Three are master suites, each with an attached bathroom, the 4th and 5th bedrooms, a queen and a bunk room (which sleeps 6) share the 4th bath. Each bedroom has a beautiful built in wood drawer unit along with a separate closet. The Laundry Room is on level 2 with 4 of the bedrooms (two of the master suites, the queen bedroom and the bunk room). The third master suite is located off of the foyer on level one. A Convenient Powder Room and Wet Bar are on the Main Living Level 3. Two large outdoor showers provide convenient after-beach showering. Our Summer rentals are offered weekly from Saturday-Saturday.
