A 10 minute walk past the old Rotonda (roundabout) is the newly opened Ayala Serin Mall Our 1 bedroom unit (30 sqm) is perfect for small families and friends who are looking for relaxation in the heart of Tagaytay City. Our place can accommodate at maximum of strictly 4 people ONLY. Base price only covers first 2 people. And an Additional Person fee (Php300.00) applies on the 3rd and 4th person. (Airbnb autocomputes this). It has 1 queen-sized bed, and a 1 double-sized (54x80inch) sofa bed. *** Note : Please do not open cabinets you will find locked, as I keep my personal belongings there. Registration is at the 3rd floor lobby (ONLY checked in and registered names allowed to swim), is open from 6am to 10pm. —SWIMMING POOL: Closed on Mondays and Thursdays for general cleaning. — USE proper swimming attire. — In consideration and for the SAFETY of other people in the building, ESPECIALLY senior citizens, please DO NOT cause excessive water drippings in the elevator and hallways after swimming. — Extended pool use AFTER check out time is strictly prohibited. — A roof top viewing deck is accessible where you have a 360° view of Tagaytay, the Taal Volcano and other surroundings. Other things to note ** Security Deposit is NOT outrightly charged by Airbnb upon booking. It will just be noted as the maximum amount they can charge against your card for incidentals upon checkout.
