Charming older house with well-preserved interior from the 60s. Fully-equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer. Play old vinyl records on vintage stereo or try old games and puzzles. Close to the travel center, bus to Kolmården, tram stop and neighborhood store. Lovely Folkparken is within walking distance with exciting playground, frisbee, mini golf, outdoor gym and beach volleyball and beautiful walking paths. Free parking space is included. The house is powered by solar energy. There is a nice garden with a patio to sit by. The space On the ground floor there are two rooms and a kitchen as well as a cozy little resting corner in the hall. In one of the rooms, there are two separate single beds. In the other room, we have a daybed that easily converts into a bed or double bed. Toilet is upstairs and in the basement there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. At the back, outdoors, there is a quiet garden, in summer with comfortable seating and tables. The house is powered by solar power! 🌞 Guest access In the basement there are some rooms that are storage, these spaces are not intended for guests. The laundry room in the basement is available for guests to use, however, with a surcharge of SEK 100. Other things to note If we are not home when you arrive, the key to the house is in a key cabinet on the right side of the basement stairs. The code for the key cabinet will be sent to you the same day you arrive. Instruments in the house are free to use!
