Charming wooden house just a 5-minute walk from the harbor and beach of Saint-Valery-en-Caux, with a private wooded garden and two ponds. South-facing, it offers peace and plenty of sunlight, just 30 meters from the street. Perfect for a convivial stay with family or friends, it is fully equipped for optimal comfort. Come and experience the charm of Normandy in a peaceful and pleasant setting. We will be delighted to welcome you! The space On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a welcoming dining area, perfect for convivial moments. Upstairs, there is a master suite with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a third bedroom with a convertible bed (80 or 160 cm). A second bathroom completes the floor, with separate toilets. Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tablecloths). You have full access except to the second floor of the house. The 500m² enclosed, wooded, and shaded garden is a true haven of peace. Please note that the presence of ponds in the garden means we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 7 in our home. Guest access For those driving, free parking is available on the street, and a 30-meter footpath leads to the house. If you're arriving by train, the house is accessible by bus from Yvetot station, with a stop at Saint Valery en Caux Town Hall. Other things to note Saint Valery en Caux is a vibrant fishing port in the Pays de Caux, famous for its cliffs. Shops, the beach, and the casino are just a 5-minute walk away. Water activities are available during the summer. The charming village of Veules-les-Roses is a 15-minute drive, as is Veulettes beach with its year-round water sports center. Etretat and its world famous cliffs is at 35mn drive.
