Guest access Guests will have full access to the indoor and outdoor areas of the site, including: • Main house: Fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 24 people. • Leisure area: The pool, barbecue, wood-fired oven, pizza oven, soccer field and playground are free to use throughout the stay. • Fishing lake: The lake is available for fishing and relaxation. We ask that you respect the safety rules. Recommendations: • Beware of animals: If you are going fishing or walking around the ranch, always keep pets supervised, as there are open areas and the lake. • Safety: The swimming pool and soccer field must be used responsibly. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Other things to note • Check-in and Check-out Times: For check-in and check-out, we ask that guests respect the agreed times to ensure that everything goes smoothly for all parties. If you need to change the times, please contact us in advance to check the possibility. • Organization and Care: Please take care of the space as if it were your own home. At the end of the stay, we ask that the property be left organized, with the furniture in place and the utensils used properly stored. This makes maintenance easier and gets everything ready for the next guests. • Breakages and Damages: In the event of any damage or breakage of items on the site, we ask that you report it immediately. All damages caused during the stay must be repaired or reimbursed according to the market value of the damaged item. This policy ensures that the site is always in excellent condition for everyone. • Safety and Care: For safety reasons, we ask that you do not climb on the roof or access restricted areas.
