Enjoy modern comforts in the spacious lower level of my new home. You will have access to the entire lower level. One bedroom with queen bed and another spacious room with two queen-size beds, toddler bed and mini crib, if needed. Private lower level bathroom with shower. True treadmill, recumbent bike and yoga space as well as private office for remote work or crafting. Full living space with lots of room, games and toys for your littles. Quiet walk out lower level patio with great views. The space There is plenty of room for the entire family to spread out and enjoy time together. My home has an open floor plan so there are a few steps from the front door to the stairs to the lower level. Beautiful east facing setting for amazing sunrises. The upstairs is private homeowner space. Note: The slot machine and juke box are not for guest use. Guest access You will have full access to the 1700+ square feet in the lower level. Access to upstairs laundry and bathtub is available and can be coordinated in advance. No kitchen access is available during your stay. Upstairs is my private homeowner living space but you can come and go through the front door as needed.
