Master suite in the centrally-located safe, quiet town of Fowler with easy access to 99 Freeway & Clovis Ave. Enjoy a calm, serene spacious CLEAN room & bathroom within a peaceful kept up home. 55in TV on wall. Enjoy morning ☕️ with Keurig & coffee supplies. Mini fridge with waters. Lounge chair and work space area. Large walk-in closet space. Spacious bathroom with shower tub. Upstairs windows view of the day ahead and enjoy the night sky. Black-out curtains for dark room. No smoking residence The space the townhome is a 2-story. Our guest would stay in an upstairs master room with the bathroom attached Just 1 other person living there. He's very easy going. Most guests say they don't even know he's there. Nice, safe neighborhood in a lovely, safe, clean town. ☆ you can expect a super clean room and bathroom ajax/bleach, thoroughly cleaned and everything touched is clorox wiped by a dental hygienist who is a detailed clean person. No smoking inside. For patio smoking, please communicate it with me ahead of time to talk about keeping odor outside and discarding any throw away pieces in a trash bag outside or to dumpster. Fan in patio is recommended to use and is otherwise available . There is a grassy area outside of the condo available for smoking as well. Guest access for short stays: access to room & bathroom, similar to a hotel stay with keurig & mini fridge in room. Additionally, with access to laundry room and work station with a printer, shredder & misc office supplies. Ice available on the kitchen fridge-freezer door. For longer stay: living room and kitchen for lounging and cooking, with your designated kitchen cabinet and designated fridge shelves and fridge drawer. During your stay Message me, Erica.. I am here to accommodate your stay. I will most likely not be present during your stay. My co-host, Ash, assists me. He lives in the home - keeps quiet to himself but available to help. Other things to note If you need a different check-in/check-out time than what's listed, just ask. If I don't have a guest right before you or right after you, then I can be flexible. The base price is listed for 1 guest. Please specify if 1 or 2 guests when you request a booking. it is $5 more per night for the additional guest.
