The space This is a cozy one bedroom apartment on the second floor of an historic home on Mansion Row in New Albany, IN. There’s a keypad lock on the front door as well as the apartment door. This home was built in the 1880’s by an attorney. From the layout of the rooms, we think he probably had his office in the first floor front room of the house. This attorney’s brother lived in the house on the west side of this property.
