The space Nestled in a quiet family-friendly neighbourhood, the heart of the home is sun drenched with an open concept living and kitchen area that boasts panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and lake Wānaka. No matter the season, the combination of central heating and a cosy gas fireplace ensures you'll always be warm and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. For those hitting the slopes or engaging in outdoor sports, the dedicated drying room with external access is perfect for your skis, snowboard, or biking gear. All bedrooms have quality mattresses and bedding. Master bedroom: Super king bed, walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom Queen bedroom: Queen bed and wardrobe Kids bedroom: Two sets of king single bunk beds and wardrobe Spacious living area with a gas fire, 65” TV, Netflix and Sonos sound system Large modern kitchen with all amenities including Nespresso machine Laundry with washer and dryer Dedicated drying room for sports gear with timed heater and extraction fan External bike rack This property allows guests access to the nearby Peninsula Bay Club facility, with a main pool, toddler pool, 2 spa pools, gym and BBQs. A great place to soak your weary bones after a day skiing, biking or hiking! The facility is located a 3-minute drive away. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Other things to note Until May'26 (excluding Christmas and the two weeks after) there is building work taking place on the neighbouring property. Works can happen between 7.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. While the work is external and not connected to our property, some noise may carry during these hours. We want to ensure guests are aware in advance, especially if you’re planning to spend time at the property during the day. Even considering this, our home remains a comfortable and welcoming base for your stay.
