The Easygoingest Room in Town

Keep it simple at this comfortable, peaceful and centrally-located place. 10 minutes from ASU and Downtown Tempe. Enjoy an at-home experience with access to a kitchen, washing/drying machines, shaded parking, and a private bathroom. I love hanging out with new people and learning about them, but I won't bother you if you're in your room or in a more quiet mood. (will drop cool places to explore outside if you're friendly though haha) Looking forward to hosting you The space You will just be sharing the home with myself and any other guests renting the second room. I am normally away from the house at work, climbing outdoors, or with friends, but am close by if you need anything. Guest access The master bedroom is your private, primary space. Feel free to also use the kitchen, laundry room, living room, and outdoor spaces. You'll have access to a keypad code for the door for easy check ins During your stay I'm quickest to respond through the Airbnb app or by my number and am easy to get a hold in person if you have any questions or needs. Other things to note FAQ: Q: pets allowed? A: yes! I just ask that they are well behaved and relatively quiet as this is a shared house. I charge an extra 15 dollar pet fee for the time it takes to thoroughly clean the room after a pet, but I expect you to clean up after your little friend :) Q: Smoking policy? A: No smoking/vaporizing of any kind is allowed in the house or room. Please take it outside. Q: Parking? A: Feel free to park in an open spot on the driveway, gravel, or street. Just be conscious of not blocking in others.
