Built in 2014, acquired by the current owners in May 2024, This 2100 square foot home sits on an acre and features extensive new landscaping, ample parking spaces, and many fun spaces for the entire group to enjoy. NEW and IMPROVED game room space in the garage completed in April 2025. Maple Creek is the perfect place to stay if you’re attending an event at the Rustic Gardens, visiting family in Middleton, or looking for a fun staycation spot. The space Maple Creek features two large bedrooms each with a kind size bed, smart tv, and desk. The large bonus room has two queen beds and a twin bed. A makeup counter with two stations was added to provide ample space for guests to get ready. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need for a home cooked meal. Start your day at the coffee bar. It's stocked with coffee pods, tea pods, liquid IV packets, water flavoring packets as well as creamer and sweetener. No matter the weather, Maple Creek has a variety of activities for your group to have a great time. The garage was converted into a game room with a basketball hoop, foosball, giant connect four, arcade games, toddler ball pit, skeeball, play kitchen, and ping pong. Neon lights and a smart tv help add to the playful environment. Enjoy the beautiful, completely new landscaping outdoors while playing horseshoes, giant checkers, corn hole, ladders, let the kids can climb on the jungle gym, have a BBQ, or roast some marshmallows around the fire pit. Fun awaits you at Maple Creek. Guest access Guests will be sent a personalized code to enter the home 24 hours prior to arrival. Other things to note It is important that we let potential guests know that we, the owners are the neighbors, the driveway is part of our personal property. Guests drive through our property to get to the home. A 15 mph speed limit is strictly enforced. Our privacy is extremely important to us therefore, yours is important to us as well. We will not bother you unless absolutely necessary (noise, speed, or parking violation). All guest vehicles must be parked within the boundaries of Maple Creek. Approximately 12-15 cars can easily fit. You are free to contact us with any questions or concerns at any time. No question is too silly, please ask rather than seek forgiveness later. Cleaning fee notice: fees of $175 for 2nights and $210 for 3+ nights will be charges at booking and averaged into the nightly rate by Airbnb. This cleaning includes a basic deep clean, washing all used linens including blankets, and returning the home to the state it was in at the time of your arrival. Excessive mess or lack of check out protocol completion may result in additional charges.
