This studio is situated above a coffee shop in downtown Clarksville. You’ll only be a couple blocks away from both APSU and The FM bank arena! You’ll sleep in luxury linens and enjoy a free cup of brewed coffee downstairs each morning. Hungry? Food items available as well. With a queen bed, comfy recliner and a kitchenette, you’ll be all set to have a home away from home to visit. The space Youll enter the unit on the side door of Plumbline Coffee. As you go up the flight of stairs, you’ll enter the common space which includes a washer /dryer. Your studio is the door on the right. Guest access You have access to the washer dryer and your studio apartment Other things to note Downtown Clarksville enjoys a nightlife. There are times when the noise/traffic may be increased. The nights when this may happen would be: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights. We have provided a white noise machine if you prefer to use one.
