Our apartment has an excellent view of Lake Nahuel Huapi. It is located 12 blocks from downtown Bariloche and has its own parking. It is equipped for 4 people. With one (1) bedroom, and two other beds in the living room. High quality sommiere, cable TV, wifi and terrace. We also offer you use of the playroom, gym and heated pool. It is advisable to come by car or rent one as it is not located in the city center. The space The building where the apartment is located has a way down to Centenario Beach. The apartment is equipped with bed linens and all the basic elements for your stay. Guest access The common areas we have are a swimming pool, play room, park, and gym. Everything is free to use. Covered parking on the premises Other things to note Check-in and Check-out •Check-in is from 3:00 pm until 12:00 pm. •And check-out is from 7:30 am to 11:00 am. IMPORTANT If you arrive after 12:00 pm, an extra $30 USD will be charged. After midnight, it is subject to availability that we can check in so late, please check with us in advance. If you wish to check out late (departure after 11:00 AM), half the night's rate will be charged, depending on the availability of the accommodation. •Airbnb charges guests a service fee (between 6% and 12% depending on the reservation). •The nightly price can be viewed by clicking on the calendar. •Infants of all ages are considered guests.
