This listing is for a cozy room located on the second floor of our guest house, perfect for your stay. The room offers a single bed, fan, and bed linens included. The bathroom is shared with another guest room. The house is in a privileged location, right in front of Praça Formosa and close to a wide variety of amenities: hospitals, pharmacies, gas stations, bars, restaurants, convenience stores, beaches and markets. The space The guest house is located on the second floor of our property and offers a family-friendly, quiet and cozy atmosphere. Ideal for those seeking comfort and a pleasant stay in a space that combines privacy and hospitality. On the first floor of the house, my cafeteria is also open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.! Guest access Guests have independent access to the house via a side staircase. Common areas, such as the living room, pantry and kitchen, are shared with other guests and the owners of the house, providing a cozy and harmonious atmosphere. During your stay Our interaction takes place mainly through the platform's chat, ensuring agility and practicality in communication. After your reservation is confirmed, we'll also provide our cell phone number for added convenience during your stay. Other things to note - We do not serve breakfast. - We do not offer bath towels. If you need towels, they can be rented for R$ 10 each. - We do not allow pets. - Smoking cigarettes and the use/consumption of narcotics on the premises of the house are prohibited, as is bringing in extra people without proper communication - Hanging clothes on windows or wooden furniture is not allowed. There is a clothesline available in the laundry area. - Voltage of the 110V outlets - We accept guests (children) only over 10 years old - Entry and Exit Times Check-in: from 12 p.m. on. Check-out: by 11 a.m. We do not make changes to check-in and check-out times, as this compromises logistics and organization for other guests. If you need different times, please contact us in advance. - Parking: We do not have a garage for cars, which can be parked on the street or sidewalk in front of the house. Motorcycles can be parked inside the property.
