Living Room & Dining Area The open-plan living room boasts plush, curved sofas perfect for relaxing while watching your favorite shows on Netflix or Disney+. The elegant dining area, with seating for six, is ideal for shared meals and conversations, seamlessly connected to the fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, spacious countertops, and all essentials for preparing meals. Whether you're whipping up a family breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, this kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms This villa offers four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master suite features a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a luxurious, serene atmosphere. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, each with comfortable beds and ample closet space. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs with its own private bathroom, offering added privacy for guests. Bathrooms There are 3.5 bathrooms in the villa. The master suite has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a relaxing bathtub. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a sleek, modern bathroom. Downstairs, there’s a private bathroom with a shower, and a convenient guest powder room available for guests. Outdoor Space Designed with families in mind, the outdoor space is a true highlight. The large private pool is perfect for cooling off on sunny days, while the surrounding patio area offers ample seating for dining al fresco. The garden is beautifully landscaped, featuring lush greenery, a perfect backdrop for outdoor games or a relaxing afternoon by the pool. With a BBQ area, lounge chairs, and shaded spots, it’s a space where families can enjoy memorable moments together. Additional Amenities To ensure a comfortable and entertaining stay, the villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV. For cooler evenings, gather around the cozy indoor fireplace or enjoy a game night with the provided board games. Kids and adults alike will love the PlayStation/Xbox, offering additional entertainment during your stay. The home also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire villa, including the beautiful private garden, pool, and all indoor living spaces. The garage is used for storage and is unavailable for guest use. Ample parking is available throughout the property for your convenience. Other things to note No Parties: We kindly request that no parties be hosted at the villa. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 7. If you plan to have more than 7 daytime visitors, please inquire with us in advance, and we may be able to accommodate your request. Respect for Neighbors: Quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. in all outdoor spaces to ensure a peaceful environment. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the calm atmosphere of the neighborhood. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa to keep the environment clean and comfortable for all guests. Private Pool: The pool does not have a surrounding net, and no lifeguard is available as it is a private pool. For families with children, we ask that you remain extra cautious and supervise your children at all times when they are near the pool. Please note that the pool is not heated and may be covered during the winter months to prevent freezing. If you would like to heat the pool during your stay, we can accommodate this at an additional daily cost to cover utility expenses. We also kindly ask that no glassware be used around the pool area to prevent any accidents or broken glass from entering the pool. In the unlikely event of glass breakage, we would need to empty, clean, and refill the pool, which would incur a cost. Thank you for your understanding in helping us maintain a safe environment for all guests. No Pets: To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the villa. Accessibility: The villa is two stories, with one bedroom located on the ground floor. Please note that the property is not wheelchair accessible, and there are two small steps leading to the front door. Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability. Parking: We offer two parking spots in the front yard. Street parking is not available, but additional parking for a third or fourth car is located a short walk away on the main street. Laundry Facilities: High-end laundry appliances are available for guest use. We also provide initial allergy-free or fragrance-free detergents for your comfort.
