Warby Cottage Farm Retreat

Take a break, relax and enjoy our little farm. Purchased in 2022 we have been lovingly restoring the main house and the guest cottage. Warby Farm Cottage has been renovated. It overlooks the farm, where we have spring fed dams and paddocks for our sheep, cows, chickens & ducks. We also have a Vege garden, orchard and grow garlic So You may see us around the farm. With so much to explore. Walks in the Warby National Park, visit Wineries Restaurants, shops, markets and 2hrs from Vic Ski Fields The space The cottage has 1 bedroom with a king bed. Lounge, dining, kitchen, bathroom & courtyard. The cottage is for 2 Adults only. No infants/kids Guest access Guests are welcome to walk around the farm. We only ask you do not enter sheds, paddocks or gates that are closed for the animals. Our cows and sheep are very friendly and will often come up to the fence for a pat. We have two friendly cats that wonder around the farm. Bella & Milly Please do not allow them inside the cottage. When entering or exiting the farm pls drive at a snails pace. 🙏🙏 Other things to note The cottage has been lovingly restored. It has a King size bed (koala mattress) All the amenities in the kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine. Our 7 acre farm is surrounded by several hundred acres. Lovely views from the cottage windows where you will see kangaroos galore in the distance, ducks swimming in the dam and the Warby Ranges in the background. Amazing views of Buffalo Mountain in the distance can be seen from the property, with snow capped peaks in winter. Close by is Baileys Winery cellar door selling organic wine and wood fired pizza. Glenrowan has some great shops to explore. Wangaratta main centre is only a short 7 minute drive. Heading to the King Valley you will find an array of Wineries including some favourites, Brown Brothers, Sam Miranda, GraceBrooke, Pizzini and so many more, including only 2hrs from the Vic ski fields. Come and explore the beautiful North East Victoria. Please Note : we do not provide or allow charging of electric vehicles on the property.
