Rural cottage in beautiful area

Rural location with amazing views only 1 mile from village of Ide Hill (featured in "Kent - Garden of England" on Ch.5 in early October 2024).Lovely modern double room with bathroom and outside door to courtyard for access to parking, garden and terraced area. Behind house We are a couple in their 60's and only we live in the cottage, with an old labrador and a young spaniel. Well-behaved dogs welcome. Kettle/tea/coffee/water provided but no access to kitchen except by arrangement. Other things to note We are 2 mins by car to Ide Hill where there is a wonderful community shop (just this side of village) and cafe for breakfast with the most wonderful view. There’s a pub The Cock Inn with food there and just as close The Pheasant Plucker you will pass on way if you come via B2042 Kettle and microwave in room.
