Broadway Retreat

1908 Sears and Roebuck house. This little house was ordered out of the catalog before there was a train and decent roads into Thermopolis. With different upgrades and safeguards this little house is a strong reminder of the past, like when Butch Casidy and Wild Bunch were coming to Thermopolis. It has a unique, but peaceful feel when sitting on the front porch enjoying the morning light. I like to imagine a cowboy or carriage going by or maybe a Model T back in the day. The space When you walk in you’ll see a sunroom with some plants & a couple chairs & lamps The plants are watered weekly & require no guest care There is a nice family park Nextdoor with a place to play & a basketball court & picnic tables Guest access The house is entirely useful & you’re welcome to use every room Other things to note We live close by if you need anything or have any questions
