Located just north of Lima, your room in my home offers safety, relaxation and convenience. Unwind with the hot tub, infrared sauna, and hammocks outside (in season). The space features an adjustable bed with a massage feature, Bluetooth speaker and USB ports. Roku TV has adjustable arm. Enjoy shared spaces in my smoke/vape/pet- free home. Located close to hospitals and major businesses, it's perfect for traveling professionals. Escape to peaceful country living, with city amenities. The space This out-of-the city home is conveniently only 4 miles from central downtown. The neighborhood is very safe. The window in your room faces the backyard with many trees. Ample parking is available as well as areas to turn around. The fenced-in back porch offers a Pitboss grill and houses the hot tub. In the back of the property, there is a fire pit and logs available for a quiet night under the stars. Sorry no pets, service or support animals unless in an aquarium/cage due to allergies. Guest access Your room will be private and only entered on a designated cleaning day. It locks from the inside. Shared spaces include a kitchen, bathroom, and living room upstairs. Downstairs areas are shared other than the office when in use. I work a hybrid position and will be coming and going. There are tables both upstairs and downstairs as well as refrigerators. During your stay I will respond to questions as quickly as possible but will respect your time and privacy. I work at home a lot and take classes, so I'm typically not far. We will establish what times work best for the shared spaces and I can work around what’s convenient for you. I typically sleep between 11pm-6:30 EST. Other things to note I do have my egotistical parakeet, who generally stares at mirrors all day in the basement. She is fairly quiet, does not talk like a cool parrot would and sleeps at night. She does not enjoy humans...including me and does bite. PLEASE let me know if you have some Stephen King horror movie feelings about birds and I will get her a bird sitter or move her to a different location during your stay.
