This 1 bedroom detached bungalow with secure off road parking is ready for your next luxury stay close to the seaside in Weston Super Mare. Please note the property is flat throughout with 32" wide doors allowing disabled access. The space The Cottage consists of the following areas and spaces - : A detached, purpose built 1 bedroom bungalow : Very spacious double glazed conservatory room with an insulated tiled roof so its cool in summer and warm in winter with an underfloor heated tile floor and lots of large opening double glazed windows : A great sized lounge room with open plan dining area all of which benefits from Karndean flooring and underfloor heating. 2 seater reclining sofa and single reclining chair. There is the opportunity of two extra guests with a fold out ottoman chair which transforms into a single bed and a superior inflatable bed with a built in pump. 55" TV with Netflix and lots of other digital TV channels, a DAB digital radio and plenty of fun games like UNO and Jenga plus of course dominos and a pack of cards : Your dining area with a table and chairs for 4 people plus a lovely large double glazed window to allow lots of natural light into the room : Your fully equipped kitchen is truly beautiful. There are Indian granite work surfaces throughout the shaker style kitchen with integrated NEFF gas hob, NEFF electric oven and separate integrated NEFF microwave. Integrated dishwasher and built in 50/50 fridge freezer. The kitchen has Karndean flooring throughout and underfloor heating. Plenty of cutlery, utensils, plates, bowls, cups and drinking glasses for all occasions. We have provided you with Taylors Coffee bags, Taylors Tea bags, luxury Hot chocolate and scrummy biscuits too. Kelloggs variety packs are on hand for breakfast with fresh milk in the fridge. : Cloak room with WC and hand wash basin is located at the end of the kitchen adjacent to the rear entrance/exit fully double glazed back door : The large bedroom has wall to wall Karndean flooring and is heated by underfloor heating. There is a lovely King Size bed with super luxurious Mammoth pillows, Dorma duvet and soft cotton pillow cases and bedsheets. A bedside table sits either side of the bed and under the big bedroom window is a large dressing table with a mirror and stool. A hair dryer is provided. Two double fronted, built in closets run along one of the bedroom walls. They are both adorned with shelves plus hanging rails and lots of nice wooden hangers. :The en-suite shower room is the height of luxury. A pair of beautiful Christy bathrobes are hung on the inside of the door waiting for you to use. The sliding glass door on the shower cubicle opens into a double size shower enclosure with an amazing thermostatically controlled Crosswater rainfall shower head above. There is also a separate douche shower head for your convenience. Karndean flooring throughout with lovely underfloor heating and an electrically heated thermostatically controlled towel rail to keep your luxury fluffy towels warm. You have a mirrored cabinet above the oversized Belfast sink and a beautiful Villeroy & Boch soft close cabinet beneath where we have added some thoughtful additions to help you have a comfortable stay. Guest access Upon entering the site at Holland Street you will drive up the cobbled driveway through 2 sets of gates. Ahead of you is a double garage which you will be allocated a single parking space in front of the left hand garage door. The car parking is flat and level. Once parked, walk around the flat and level cobbled pathway to the side of the garage (which is also flat level access) and you will see The Cottage directly ahead of you. The key to gain access to the conservatory door is located in a key safe (which you will be given the combination for to access your keys) on the end of the garage wall. All this area is very well illuminated with security lighting to safely guide your way. Access to The Cottage is through the French doors on the front of the conservatory, again, this access is flat and level with no steps of stairs. There is an outside light switch to your right as you are facing the conservatory doors which will turn on the ceiling lights in the conservatory once you flick the switch. To the left of the conservatory is a flat and level courtyard patio area which is not overlooked and is your private relaxing space outside The Cottage. This area is equipped with a table and 4 chairs with cushions and a parasol to help you to enjoy this lovely outside space.
