Cozy apartment in a quiet location, air-conditioned

Enjoy the charm of the 50s in the lovingly renovated apartment of our terraced house. In a quiet residential area, you can feel at home. Thanks to good infrastructure and a central location, you can quickly get to the city center or the trade fair center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord highway ramp (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the convention center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us. The space On the separate upper floor of our terraced house built in the 50s there is a cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. Room 1 Enjoy relaxing nights in the Grüne Erde double bed 180 x 200 cm. Relax while watching TV or in the reading corner. (On request we can provide a travel cot). Room 2 Here you will find two single beds, each 190 x 90 cm. On request, the single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed. Allow yourself to be enchanted by the charm of the original Voglauer furniture. Kitchen Our lovingly furnished kitchen has a small kitchenette with a mobile induction stovetop, microwave, kettle and sink. Everything you need to prepare simple dishes is of course available. Coffee lovers have the choice of filter coffee or capsule coffee. On request we can provide a high chair. Bathroom In the small but nice bathroom there is a sink, shower and toilet. We provide one bath towel and one hand towel per guest. Hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer are also provided. Garden Our garden is currently still in the redesign phase. Nevertheless, you are welcome to spend time in it. Use the seating, help us weed or use the lemon balm. You share the garden with the host family. Maybe we'll see each other there. All rooms have modern air conditioning that can be cooled in summer and heated individually in winter. Guest access Use the entire, separate upper floor with two bedrooms, kitchen + dining area and a small bathroom. Feel free to stay in the large garden, but you will share it with the host family. Check-in is done by key safe. You will receive information about the location and access code on the day of your arrival.
