Two floor villa with a private pool, furnished patio and indoor living room with a sofa, TV & fast WIFI. A fully equipped kitchen burner electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer & and a Nespresso Capsule Espresso machine. All bedrooms have a workstation and an open wardrobe. Heaters & A/C are available separate in all rooms All 4 bathrooms have walk in showers and are equipped with a hair dryer Essentials are restocked weekly The space This villa is located within a complex of 42 individual Apartments, Suites & Villas that host both long and short term tenants. Our gym along with the swimming pool are shared between all guests. We have created an environment in order to safely host digital nomads, families and holiday makers alike. Some apartments have private pools while all residents are able to use the main pool of the complex. All properties within the complex are standalone with individual entrances from within the complex. All of them have private balconies or patios depending on the floor. The main outdoor hall and garden leading to the entrance of each apartment is shared The private pools are to be used only by the residents of each property. IMPORTANT : Only people who rent with us are able to enter the property with a key card. The complex is closed to the public. Guest access Guests have full access to all the amenities of the complex. This includes all the shared spaces, sun loungers and sitting area around the shared outdoor swimming pool. Access is also available to our private gym, which is shared between the residents of our complex. The gym is equipped with a Matrix Thread mill & bike, a bench press, individual weights and a state of the art multifunctional machine with weights. Gym showers are also available. Entrance into MIKA Villas & Suites is only open to residents so both the shared pool and gym have no outdoor visitors whatsoever. To conclude, in order to ensure all our guests safety, MIKA is a Residents Only property where people can enter by using their dedicated key card. Our partnership with Kotsanas Museum of Ancient Greek Technology in the centre of Heraklion city, grants free guided tours and free access to the museum to all residents.
