Access to this apartment is by card and not by key. The card works the same as a hotel card. The lights and other utilities will only work when the key is inserted into the key holder. The refrigerator, the internet router, and the washer/dryer will always stay on. Each reservation will be given one card per reservation. If you’re a family of five, you will only be given one card. If you’re two friends, you’ll only be given one card. If the card is lost, the guest will need to replace and pay a USD $50.00 replacement fee.
