The space Covered and exclusive parking space within the Condominium (it is mandatory to use the parking badge, which will be made available during check-in). In the Condominium, there are 2 (two) swimming pools (adult and children's), a fitness center, kids space (playroom), playground and living area. All these spaces are shared and are under the supervision of the Condominium administration. Guests will be able to enjoy the entire apartment (not shared) and there is a private outdoor area of this apartment, as it is on the ground floor, with a shower available 24 hours a day. Guest access Guests will have access to all apartment premises and common areas of the Condominium. Other things to note It is important to carry out only activities that do not disrespect the good coexistence within the condominium community.
