Monkey Tree Hotel - Room 11

Our Deluxe King Room with Kitchenette measures 425 sf. This room is located poolside in the corner of the property. The room is furnished with one California King-size bed, a love seat sofa, a dining table for two, and a kitchenette. There is a 32″ TV in the room – with Direct TV and HBO. All rooms have a hairdryer, vintage ice bucket, poolside glassware and robes. The kitchenette has a sink, under-counter refrigerator, microwave, a small oven and an electric cook top. The cabinets are stocked with the basics for cooking as well as a tea kettle and a French press for coffee. The front patio is furnished with two lounge chairs.This room has one king-size bed. The maximum capacity in this room is two adults. We do not have roll away bed. There are no pets allowed and no children under age 14 allowed. The Transient Occupancy tax of 11.5% and the Tourism Business Improvement Tax of 1% is not included in the price listed on AirBnB. The total 12.5% tax will be collected upon arrival. The space In addition to a unique guest room, we offer a house-made continental breakfast, use of our Scandinavian Spa (with hot tub, dry sauna and cold plunge). We offer a complimentary sangria happy hour to our guests every day. Our salt water pool is heated to 85 degrees year-round. Guest access Guests have access to their individual room, the pools and the Scandinavian Spa. Guests have access to the reception area during business hours. Guests have access to the dining/living room during breakfast service. Other things to note We do not charge a resort fee. A daily stay over cleaning is included in the room rate. We do not charge a cleaning fee. Our saltwater pool is heated to 85 degrees. There is no fee for pool heating. Pool towels and complimentary soda and seltzer are available poolside.
