The space The accommodation consists of a comfortable bedroom, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals with ease, as well as a modern bathroom with a pleasant walk-in shower. Located on the 3rd floor of the building, the apartment is not served by an elevator, a detail to take into account, but which does not detract from the charm and comfort of the place. Guest access For your peace of mind, Lauzon parking, located about 800 meters away, is free. In addition, free parking spaces are also available in Valenciennes from 6 p.m., offering you more flexibility to park your vehicle with peace of mind. Other things to note Check-in is done independently with a key box. Access codes will be sent to you approximately 30 minutes before your arrival. In the apartment, you will enjoy a Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube and Disney+, as well as stunning views of the train station building. Parties and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
