Åre Tegefjäll Fantastic location!

This apartment has a unique location, next door to the piste and barbecue hut on the plot. High standard, large floor-to-ceiling windows, terrace with sun all day, minimal view into the property, and fantastic uninterrupted views of Åre, Indalsälven, and Renfjället. The ski system for Tegefjäll and Duved offers fantastic skiing for the whole family, also forest skiing and off-piste. Free ski buses are available to Åre and winter trails pass Tegefjäll to beautiful Ullådalen. For rent weekly change Sun. The space The apartment is high standard and well-equipped. It is on one level and is well planned with plenty of storage and water-borne floor heating in all rooms. In the spacious hall there is plenty of room for helmets and outerwear as well as a ski boot dryer (10 pairs) in a separate drying room. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a 3-floor bed (80 cm) and a bedroom with a 120-bed downstairs and a 90 cm top bed. In the living room there is also a sofa bed for two people. 6-7 people live smoothly and well in the cabin and if needed, there are beds, chairs and utensils for 10 people. The bathroom has a sauna, washing machine and dryer. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a table with toilet plates where 6-10 people can have room to eat. For families with small children, there is a high chair and travel bed. The common ski system for Tegefjäll and Duved offers fantastic skiing in lovely slopes for both advanced skiers and families with children. There is also the possibility of forest skiing and off-piste skiing. Mini-Tege with hill and trailer lift is perfect for the smallest children as well as the popular Wilderness Trail, an area for slightly larger children with fun animal statues and lighter children's slopes. If you also want to go in Åre's extensive ski system, there are free ski buses or you take the car 5-6 minutes. For touring there are winter trails that pass Tegefjäll to beautiful Ullådalen, among other things. The closest cross-country tracks are in Duved about 3 km away. Two parking spaces with engine heaters are available next to the apartment. Lockable ski shed outside the door. Within walking distance there is a grocery store (24/7), restaurant with après-ski, ski rental and lift card sales. Age limit 25 years, no pets or smoking allowed. Booking weekly, change Sundays. Easter week can be booked until Monday, 4/21. Final cleaning can be booked for SEK 950 after RUT. Towels and bed linen are not included but can be rented for a fee of SEK 350/bed.
