From the entrance, a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and adjoining bathroom welcomes you on the ground floor. Upstairs, the living room is bathed in light. The space opens onto a veranda overlooking the sea: a true living painting where the changing colors of the English Channel, the tides and the passage of boats punctuate your days. The cozy living room, equipped with a pellet stove, a connected TV and a Marshall speaker, invites you to relax. The elegant and perfectly equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, classic coffee makers and Nespresso, raclette and fondue machines) is ideal for cooking local products or enjoying a seafood platter. On the top floor, two bedrooms designed for the rest of both adults and children: one bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed a family room with a 140x190 cm double bed and two 90x190 cm single beds Outside, two atmospheres: a terrace with sea view, ideal for a coffee at sunrise, and a garden on the countryside side, intimate and green, perfect for a barbecue. Two private parking spaces complete this property.
