Shady Tropical Retreat: Relax in Nature's Haven!

A tropical suburban house under 10 minutes from Darwin Airport and less than 5 minutes drive to Casuarina Shopping Square, Dripstone Beach and Leanyer Water Park! The house is sorrounded by palm tress and lush bushes, which create a cooler environment during the hot daytime hours. A gentle breeze almost always flows up toward the elevated home, adding to the comfort. Please note: Every morning you may hear the sound of our chickens and cockatoos-a lively part of a tropical setting. The space The space is an extension of an existing suburban home, sorrounded by shade- giving trees and lush greenery. Your private living area is located on the ground level of this two-storey extension-partially to let the breeze flow through. It includes an outdoor laundry & kitchenette with dining chairs and table.. You'll enjoy and air-conditioned bedroom, with a queen sized bed, WiFi and direct access to brand new bathroom. There's also a secure cyclone shelter which can be used as extra storage, if needed. Entry is via the downstairs area tucked beneath the main house- offering privacy comfort, and the feeling of nature coming right to your doorstep. Guest access To access the unit you will need to walk through the garden and past the main house. The unit is at the rear house of the original home. You have your own bedroom, bathroom outdoor kitchenette & laundry area. Not shared with other residents. Off street and inside parking available. Other things to note In the morning, you may hear the sounds of local wildlife - just part of natural charm of the area. We live in the main house, and are happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. Of course, we always respect your privacy. Enjoy your stay!
