The space THE SPACE This beautifully renovated 1913 home is designed for large groups, featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. 🏠 EASY-ACCESS LIVING (1st FLOOR) Traveling with someone who prefers to avoid stairs? Our main floor is designed for convenience: Two Private Bedrooms: Located right on the main floor with premium memory-foam mattresses. Full Bathroom: Just steps away from the downstairs bedrooms. No-Step Common Areas: The living room, sitting area, and kitchen are all on the ground level. 🛌 2nd FLOOR RETREAT Two Additional Bedrooms: Featuring 1 King, 1 Queen, and a Twin-over-Full bunk. Climate Control: Individually controlled mini-splits in each upstairs room for personalized comfort. Full bathroom with shower and vanity. ✨ GUEST AMENITIES Fast Connectivity: Fiber-optic Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) and bedside charging in every room. For the Kiddos: Travel light! We provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, kid-friendly dinnerware, and bedtime books. Chef’s Kitchen & Coffee Bar: Fully equipped with an Instant Pot, pizza stone, and multiple coffee options (Keurig, Pour-over, and Moka pot). Entertainment: Fire Stick-equipped TV and plenty of space for games and relaxation. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the rustic cellar basement where the washer and dryer are located. Please note that the basement has low ceilings and is not ideal for children or guests over 6 feet tall. Some kitchen cabinets will be locked to store our restocking supplies. We kindly ask that you do not try to pry them open.
