Located right on the entrance to/from NM, this house is perfect place to explore the greater El Paso&NM area. Minutes away from the new location of Hospitals of Providence. The space This lovely 2 story home has the perfect layout for hanging out with friends and family in the first level or just unwinding by yourself in the upper level. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all in one big open space! Perfect for creating new memories with friends & family. Enjoy watching TV on the 65 inch, 4k, 120 HZ, HDR enabled TV, with some of the most popular streaming apps pre-loaded for your use, while sitting in the plush leather sofa. Kitchen has an Air Fryer, waffle maker& pizza cutter! Enjoy reading from our sampling of popular books in one of two cozy chairs in the living room, both offering natural window light or the warm light of a reading lamp for your reading pleasure. Please enjoy playing the available board games (monopoly, battleship, yatzee, chess, playing cards, and more) on the coffee table. Enjoy the ability to cook or unpack meals on the big kitchen island that has the sink& dishwasher conveniently situated to avoid unnecessary messes. The dining area is right next to it, with a view of the backyard to check on kids playing outside or just enjoying the view while having a good meal. The open layout permits easy conversation between friends and family. The Backyard has comfy L-shaped furniture and large patio table where you can relax with friends. Please enjoy the hammock (200lbs limit). There is a half bathroom next to the kitchen, near the pantry & the garage entrance. The Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a playpen for the infants and toddlers along with a working desk for when you have to get a little work done, and bench for ready access to personal items. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, soaking bathtub, standing shower and separate toilet for more privacy. Big walk-in closet for longer stays or just putting luggage away during your stay. The Second bedroom has very cozy queen size bed and a spacious closet. The Third bedroom has 2 twin size beds and its own closet All bedrooms have body length mirrors. There’s a bathroom with shower and tub for those two rooms to share. The Laundry closet is located in the upper level; a new washer & dryer are available for your convenience and use. Detergent is provided for multiple washes. Guest access Guests have full access to the house. Guests do not have access to mailbox. It is not located on the property. In case of an accidental delivery to the mailbox, your mail/ package will not be available immediately and you will have to cover costs if the co-host is available to open it for you. Starts at $50/trip. Other things to note For last minute reservations after 12pm, or guests wanting to arrive same day, might not be able to check-in til after the standard check-in time. Please understand standard check-in is 3pm but earlier check-ins may be possible after consultation with me. The house will be cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We expect for you to leave it tidy upon check-out, that includes the kitchen appliances that you use or else you will be charged a fee. -$100 cleaning fee per month after the initial 30 days -We are very serious about NOT SMOKING/ VAPING. if you break this rule, you will be charged an extra $300 just for odor removal. -NO PARTIES/ NO GATHERINGS ALLOWED -No hair Dye
