Experience Annie's genuine Caymanian ownership & excellent Cayman Kind hospitality. Annie’s Place is a deluxe B&B Guesthouse accommodating 2 guests in each of 2 rooms; separately booked. This listing is for Bedroom 2. We are located in the quiet and respected residential community of Snug Harbour. Just 10-15 minute walk to the Beach; located in the centre of the Seven Mile Beach corridor. Government licensed; 'Excellent' rating; inspected annually. Full cooked breakfast offered to each guest. The space Annie's Place offers 2 guest bedrooms; separately listed offering Cayman Kind hospitality. All bedrooms are part of the main house, where we as Hosts sleep in Bedroom 1. On the south side of our internal courtyard is where Bedroom 2 is located, adjacent to Bedroom 3. Our house is nicely furnished with quality furniture and furnishings. Guests have access to all public areas and patios. Each room: has one queen sized bed; is air-conditioned; has its own private en-suite bathroom; ceiling fan; cable TV; under-counter sized refrigerator; keyed safe for valuables; and computer table with work chair. Guest facilities include two sitting rooms – a quiet room for reading and conversation, and a casual room with TV, VCR, stereo, library; free 'range extender node system' improved Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities also available. Local landline calls are free. Beach chairs and towels also available. Guest access Guests are provided with keys to access the house and their individual bedroom. A US $100.00 charge occurs if keys are lost or not returned before departure. Guests may access most areas of the house and patios, except our Bedroom and office areas. Kitchen is accessible after 2:00 PM [after the helper has finished her work] for food preparation and / or use of microwave. During your stay Annie & Peter are available most times for the day to meet and greet guests and assist them during their stay. Full cooked breakfast and daily maid service is included in the rates. Please advise if you have any known food allergies or intolerance's. Other things to note The daily, weekly and monthly rates stated in the Pricing section are based upon single occupancy rates per room night. The ‘Extra Person’ nightly rate charge applies when double occupancy occurs. Our daily rate does NOT include Government Tourism Tax which is separately listed / charged to Guest by Airbnb at 13% (the current 2022 rate but subject to change by Government) of the room charge and applies to all Visitors. A separate 'end of stay' cleaning charge also applies.
