Unplug, reconnect, and indulge in the peaceful surroundings of Element Ranch, designed for your ultimate relaxation. The Water Retreat is the only retreat with an EV charger. The space BEDROOMS: - Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom - Bedroom 2: King bed - Bedroom 3: King bed *Adjustable blinds in each room for blackout or room darkening * Smart TVs in every bedroom BATHROOMS - Primary Bath: Walk-in shower + single vanity - Bathroom 2: Tub with glass doors + double vanity *Provided: Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, fluffy towels, and hair dryer KITCHEN - Fully stocked with ample counter space - New stainless steel appliances, including gas stove - Coffee Station: Keurig K-cup machine with coffee, sweetener, and creamer provided - Cookware: Pots, pans, baking dishes - Microwave DINING - Indoor dining table with seating for 6 ENTERTAINMENT - Smart TV in the living area and each bedroom - Access a variety of streaming apps with your login OUTSIDE + POOL + PATIO - Pool: Shared pool with poolside chairs and umbrellas; pool towels provided - Pool cannot be heated. - Patio: Each retreat has a dedicated patio with outdoor dining, wood burning fire pit (wood not provided), and a propane grill (propane provided) - EV charger for Water Retreat guests use only. - Parking: located behind each unit for up to 4 vehicles LAUNDRY - In-unit washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided Guest access Guest will have access to The Water Retreat and the Water Retreats outdoor dining seating, grill, and firepit. The pool is shared between all 3 retreats. Please note there could be other guests sharing the pool at the same time. Other things to note -Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.  - Must be over 25 to rent this home. - When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings. - CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance. -This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay in the Earth and Air Retreats. The pool is shared between the three retreats. -It is possible for the other two retreats to be booked during your stay. Private chef, grocery delivery, in-room massage, and more! - For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, back of the house and facing pool. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
