Kick back and relax in this stylish beach bach, only five minutes walk from the beach. Recently fully renovated to a very high standard with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upstairs deck with sea views and in the afternoon sun, relax with a wine on the downstairs deck. Perfect! And in cooler months, enjoy the fire! 3 bedrooms in the main house - 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 2 singles. Sleepout - 1 queen and a set of children's bunks and toilet. The space This newly renovated beach house is located two streets back from the beach but still has some peeky sea views from the main living areas on the second floor. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a queen bed in one and two singles in the other. Upstairs is the large gorgy living area and kitchen with everything you need for your fab beach stay, double fridge, dishwasher, new oven and lots of room for your chilly bin items. Also the main bathroom and bedroom are located upstairs too. There is a smart TV, which you will have to hotspot off your phone as there is no WIFI at this bach. The sleepout is cute as, in the back garden, getting loads of sun and great for an extra family or guests. It has a loo and sink. Downstairs in the garage is a ping pong table - great entertainment for the kids. The Woodburner fire, heats the whole top floor, so if you want a romantic weekend away in the winter, then look no further! Guest access Please help yourself to the whole bach and enjoy! Other things to note All water in Riversdale Beach is collected from rain into tanks, then filtered but if this is a concern to you please buy your own. Boil for babies bottles though thankyou. Water therefore is precious in the summer months, PLEASE CONSERVE - that means short showers and only flushing when necessary. You are welcome to use the boogie boards etc in the garage but please respect everything you use.
