The Boat House on Granite Lake

Welcome to "The Boat House" ~ your private getaway on pristine Granite Lake. Enjoy sunrises over the lake from the deck with your morning coffee. Spend the day on the lake kayaking, fishing or relaxing on your private dock. Three mile road around the lake for walking or biking. The area offers many hiking trails. Keene’s many shops and restaurants are only 10 minutes away. Ideal for small families, couples, or a girls night getaway! This house is right on the water with amazing views! The space This is a new, small and cozy, 3 story home. The upper level has two bedrooms overlooking the lake with a queen bed and dresser in each. Tucked away in the hallway are two sleeping nooks with a twin bed in each. There is a 3/4 bathroom on this floor. All towels and linens are provided. The house can sleep a total of 6 people. The main level is an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen with large windows looking out onto the lake. There are two sets of sliding doors that lead to a deck that has seating and a barbecue grill. There is a full size stove, small dishwasher and the kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, utensils, cookware etc... There is also a half bath on this level with laundry. The lower level is a secondary living room with a large couch, TV, dining table, refrigerator and board games. There are doors that open to the deck/dock overlooking the water. This house is right on the water and the views are incredible. The loop around the lake is 3 miles and it takes about an hour to walk. Granite lake is a beautiful, peaceful lake and only 10 minutes to downtown Keene and all it's conveniences - including great shopping, dining and a lovely downtown. Pat's Peak Ski mountain is 30 minutes away and Granite Gorge Ski/Mountain Park is 9 minutes away. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself. There is a lockbox next to the door and the key is inside to access the property. Other things to note Please no parties or loud groups.
