No pets and no parties, please. The space This two bedroom condo is located in the historic and centrally located Lincoln Building. You are just blocks from Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Arena, the Haymarket, Lied Center, and UNL City Campus, as well as a wide variety of downtown Lincoln's shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. There are two bedrooms - the first with a king bed and walk in closet and the second with a queen bed and a closet. The bedrooms are situated on either side of the condo with the kitchen, dining and living areas between them. The living area features a 55" smart TV and a large sofa with a pull out queen sized bed. There is ample wifi throughout the unit. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, and all the kitchen basics. Parking is located in a secured underground garage just across the street. The key, garage door opener and hang tag will be available in the condo at check-in. Guest access There is secure keypad access to the building front door and condo door. The parking garage is also secure access using a key or overhead garage door opener (provide in the unit).
