The property features a well-appointed layout with three bedrooms on the ground level—one boasting an ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a separate bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find five bedrooms, one with its own ensuite and the remaining four sharing another bathroom, ensuring ample facilities for all occupants. The home also includes a spacious living room with a dedicated workspace, perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The dining area is equipped with tables ready for meals. A two-car garage houses a full-size freezer, washer, and dryer, adding to the convenience. Guest access Guests have full access to shared spaces, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, garage, laundry area, and spacious backyard. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and share responsibility for taking out the trash on collection days. During your stay Since other rooms may be occupied, you’ll likely see fellow guests in the shared spaces. Please be respectful and enjoy the sense of community that comes with co-living. If any issues arise with other guests, don’t hesitate to reach out to the host. Other things to note Trash Pick-Up Trash is collected every Tuesday and Friday. Please empty bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen bins as needed and place the main bin on the curb for pickup by 6 AM day of, or the night before. Not taking out the trash can lead to bugs and odors, so everyone’s cooperation is appreciated. Reminder: House rules must be followed by all guests to avoid penalty fees. Important Note Termite Swarm Season (May–June) Just a quick heads-up — every year in Baytown (and much of Southeast Texas), termites swarm during May and June. This usually happens in the evenings, especially after rain and around outdoor lights. You may notice a few outside or near windows, and occasionally one or two may find their way indoors. Don’t worry, they don’t bite or sting, and we have regular pest control in place to keep things under control inside the home. It’s simply part of life in Texas, and it passes quickly.
